Friday Outlook: Into the 90s with another Air Quality Alert

Instead, high temperatures will continue well above normal with most locations climbing into the low to mid-90s. (The normal high is 83). High pressure will continue to dominate the weather scene and deliver mostly sunny skies.
Due to a light wind, high levels of ozone could develop across North Texas on Friday. An Air Quality Alert (Ozone Action Day) is in effect for Dallas-Fort Worth. Consider limiting your time outside if you have respiratory issues and try to carpool.
A weak cold front will move across the area on Monday. Otherwise, this unseasonably warm and dry weather pattern is expected to stick around.
